The MP4-20 was McLaren’s car for the 2005 Formula One World Championship, powered by the Mercedes FO 110R (3.0-litre V10) engine on Michelin tyres.
It was driven by Kimi Räikkönen, Juan Pablo Montoya, Alexander Wurz and Pedro de la Rosa. McLaren started 18 of the season’s 19 races, with ten wins, 18 podium finishes and seven pole positions.
McLaren finished 2nd in the Constructors’ Championship with 182 points, and Kimi Räikkönen was its highest-placed driver, 2nd in the Drivers’ Championship.
