The MP4-29 was McLaren’s car for the 2014 Formula One World Championship, powered by the Mercedes PU106A (1.6-litre V6 turbo hybrid) engine on Pirelli tyres.
It was driven by Jenson Button and Kevin Magnussen. McLaren started 19 of the season’s 19 races, with two podium finishes.
McLaren finished 5th in the Constructors’ Championship with 181 points, and Jenson Button was its highest-placed driver, 8th in the Drivers’ Championship.
